The site was born on May 31, 2001. It collected statistics, photos, news, links and whatever else seemed important enough to deserve another HTML file. The criteria were not always scientific. The enthusiasm was real.
Gerardo and Santiago created this site in Argentina in 2001, when both were very young and the project was exactly what it looked like: a personal tribute built because they liked Michael Jordan and wanted a place to collect material about him.
For a while, some visitors wrote as if they were contacting Michael Jordan himself. We were two brothers in Argentina with a fan site and a dial-up connection, so the confusion was flattering, if not especially well researched.
The goal of this restoration is to preserve the original spirit without preserving every technical limitation. The site can still feel personal, dense and slightly homemade without asking a 2026 browser to pretend it is 2001.
A short trivia survives from the old site. It has been cleaned up, but we kept the essential premise: proving how much Jordan information someone can retain voluntarily.
